House rules
To ensure a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and residents within the building, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules below during your stay.
No parties or events
Strictly no parties, gatherings, celebrations or events are permitted within the apartment.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbouring residents at all times.
Registered guests only
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted.
No smoking
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies and within the building's common areas.
Care for keys & access devices
Please keep keys and access cards secure during your stay.
Lost keys, fobs, remotes or building access devices may incur replacement and administration fees.
Building amenities
Guests are welcome to enjoy the building facilities, including the pool, sauna, and gym. Please note that using the amenities will require an induction with building management between 8 am and 4 pm.

Damages & breakages
If anything is damaged, broken or stops working during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible.
